LEGAL COMPLIANCE OF TECHNOLOGY

The products offered by Bravo Zulu may have one or more of the following capabilities with respect to third party drones and other manned or unmanned aerial vehicles:   

• Detection, 

• Tracking, 

• Interception, 

• Systems access,

• Control acquisition, and

• Radio Frequency transmission and jamming.

Some jurisdictions prohibit the use or even the possession of devices that have one or more of these capabilities.  Some jurisdictions permit such devices but only for certain authorized entities (usually state agencies) or with the appropriate legal authorization.

To the extent that a product otherwise offered by Bravo Zulu is restricted or completely prohibited in a particular jurisdiction, Bravo Zulu will not offer that product for sale, lease or even demonstration purposes in that jurisdiction, nor will Bravo Zulu aid or abet any entity in doing so and, if it is in the power of Bravo Zulu , it will take all reasonable steps to prevent same, unless the appropriate legal authorization is first obtained and the recipient of that product is authorized to possess and use same.
